Schroders plc announces that Jonathan Asquith is standing down today as a director and a vice chairman of Schroders plc and will leave the Company following the expiry of his contractual notice period later in the year.
Michael Dobson, Chief Executive, said "I would like to thank Jonathan for his great contribution to the progress of Schroders since he joined the Firm in 2002. He has been a valuable colleague and he leaves with all our thanks and good wishes."
Mr Asquith's responsibilities for Property and Corporate Development have been assigned to members of the Management Committee, with his responsibility for Fixed Income being taken on by Alan Brown, a director of the Company. Emerging Market Debt and Commodities will report directly to Michael Dobson, Chief Executive.
